MONSTER DIVE ("monsterdive," "we" or "us") hereby sets forth its privacy policy (this "Privacy Policy") as follows, in relation to the provision of the services of the "SAKEYOI" website (the "Website") operated by monsterdive, and will thereby promote the protection of the personal information of the customers of the Website.

You have the right, by using the contact details in Section 13, to request that we stop processing your Personal Information and/or that we delete your Personal Information that we hold. If you request the deletion or erasure of Personal Information ("Discontinuation") due to the Personal Information having allegedly been handled in a manner exceeding the purpose of collection, or acquired by deceit or other unlawful means, monsterdive shall, upon confirming that the person making the request is the identified individual, conduct any necessary investigation without delay and, based on its results, perform Discontinuation as far as this is possible for monsterdive and provide you with notification thereof; provided, however, that we may retain a copy of your Personal Information where we are required or permitted to so by law.
