Though small, our brewery is committed to contributing to the Sake culture at large. Using underground waters from the Tedori River and sacred Haku-San mountain area, we use rice such as Ishikawa-mon, a special brewer’s rice unique to Ishikawa Prefecture.
Put simply, the distinctive feature of our Sake is its gentleness. This makes it perfect for Sake lovers, those accustomed to wine, female patrons looking for something gentler, and gourmands. In these and other domains, we have gained a sterling reputation.
