Junmai Ginjo "Koshigoi Koshihikari" 720ml

Product Detail

This junmai ginjo sake is made locally in Chiba Prefecture, chiefly for local consumption, and features 100% Koshihikari rice. An elegant scent complemented by the distinctively smooth mouthfeel of Koshihikari rice, with a moderate acidity and crisp sweetness. Unlike brewer's rice, Koshihikari is rice for consumption, and the brown rice granules are comparatively small. When milled to 60% for gingo sake, the size of the granules puts it in the daiginjo tier (equivalent to 40% milled Yamada Nishiki rice).

Product Detail

This is Iwate Prefecture's finest sake, produced using Yuinoka, a new brewer's rice introduced in 2013 and developed in the prefecture. It is characterized by a rich aroma and a complex and gentle taste.
