Ishikawa Prefecture is the largest producer of gold foil in Japan (99% of the total). This special brew has been upgraded to offer a high quantity of gold leaf. The gold leaf has also been specially revamped to a larger size. This gives the bottle a more luxurious appearance that our customers rave about as a great choice for gifts and parties. The sake offers a crisp mouthfeel with complexity emerging through that, making it a great pairing for any meal.

Kurabito no Yume is a junmai daiginjo sake that is developed with the goal of becoming Japan's finest sake. 700kg of Yamada Nishiki brewer's rice is washed entirely by hand in the midst of winter and prepared under constant attendance, with total focus on refining the fermenting mash. The resulting sake has a flavor and aroma full of vitality, with a light, tart note and excellent mouthfeel. We encourage you to try for yourself this handmade sake that, as the name suggests, artisans have poured heart and soul into to create the sake of their dreams.
