Refund policy

Once the order process is completed, the Member may not cancel it at his/her own convenience even if the order has not yet been confirmed by us.

Post-order returns or exchanges are accepted only if the products delivered are either different from what you ordered, or are defiled or damaged. Please contact "sake-support@sakeyoi.shop" within 7 days of the arrival of the products. If we do not have the right products in stock for an exchange, we will refund the purchase price. There will be no interest on the returned amount.
